the bathroom had a sliding door that needed fixing but the staff were quick to help out. the room was spacious with a huge bed and the breakfast had a fantastic selection including fresh fruit and a variety of pastries.

The furniture in the room had some practical issues, making it uncomfortable. specifically, the nightstands were oddly shaped and not very usable.

Noise from the adjacent restaurant is a long-standing issue that hasn't been addressed. however, it doesn't overshadow the overall stay. The furniture in the room needs refinishing—specifically, the odd-shaped nightstands and poorly positioned lamps are inconvenient. Limited soundproofing from the walls and a frustratingly loud air conditioning unit detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. The bathroom pocket door didn't fully latch, and wiring for the key card reader seems poorly positioned, making entry awkward. Lack of mosquito nets at the windows is a serious oversight in a mosquito-prone area.

best western was a great choice! the hotel is in a quiet spot, just a short walk from the river and major attractions. my room was a decent size with a comfy bed. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. breakfast was a highlight with an excellent buffet offering plenty of tasty options.

I enjoyed my stay here, especially the spacious room with a very comfortable king-sized bed and cleanliness throughout. The breakfast was truly impressive, offering a wide range of choices at a great price. I did experience some noise from the nearby kitchens, which was a minor issue but noticeable.

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious room featuring an extremely comfortable kingsize bed and a generous ensuite shower. Breakfast was impressive, offering a tasty buffet that included scrambled eggs, bacon, and an array of pastries. The hotel is conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from the Arena, making it easy to explore the city. the sound insulation in the rooms could be improved, as I could hear some noise from the corridor.
